Robert Jacobson Sports is proud to team up with Frozen Ropes Elmsford to teach your player the fundamentals and newest strategies of playing baseball and softball. Frozen Ropes Elmsford is the premier baseball and softball training center in Westchester County. Spots are limited for our February Break Camp and our March Spring Training program.
The Frozen Ropes Elmsford curriculum and teaching philosophy is based on over 20 years of experience in player development including the most current research in biomechanics, sports psychology, visual skills, and strength and conditioning. Their full time staff of professional and minor league instructors ensures that our players will be introduced and taught the latest and most effective strategies in the industry. February Break Camp Information: School break - February 20-23rd This half day camp (4 days, 9AM - Noon) will teach your child the fundamentals of baseball and softball regardless of their talent level. Frozen Ropes Elmsford professional baseball players will teach to your child's talent level. The expert baseball/softball player will learn the latest and most effective strategies used by the pros. The novice will learn fundamental strategies that he or she will use for the rest of their playing careers. Drop your child off at Frozen Ropes Elmsford and enjoy your morning. Pick up is at 12 Noon sharp. Lunch will not be served. Please bring a snack and water with your players name clearly printed on all bottles and bags. Open to Boys and Girls in Kindergarten - 8th Grade: Cost per player - $140
March Spring Training
Spring Training Information: Sunday, March 4, 11, 18, 25 Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, get ready for your upcoming Little League season. Prepare for the season with Frozen Ropes Elmsford Professional and Minor League players who will help you learn and/or sharpen your hitting, fielding, throwing and base running skills. Have fun while you learn how to hit the cutoff player or how to chase back a runner in a run down situation. When the weather outside is unsuitable for practice, you can start playing indoors and get a head start on the season. Register Early. Spots are limited. Open to Boys and Girls in Kindergarten - 8th Grade: Cost per player - $100
March Spring Training Update:
K- 2nd Grade Girls - 5 spots Open K- 2nd Grade Boys - 5 Spots Open 3rd - 4th Grade Girls - 7 Spots Open 3rd - 4th Grade Boys - 8 Spots Open 5th - 8th Grade Boys and Girls - only 10 spots open Register Now. If spots close out, you will be put on a waiting list.
Class sessions are limited in size for maximum training. Register Early! If you do not register early, your child will be put on a waiting list until a spot becomes available. Do not wait. These sessions will be filled quickly.
Who is the February Camp and Spring Training for? Boys and Girls from K – 8th grade Girls and boys in each age group will be separated by grade and sport.
What to bring? Baseball/Softball Glove Baseball/Softball Bat (Bats will be supplied if you do not have one) Batting gloves Water bottle with your name clearly marked on the container For February Break Camp - bring water and a healthy snack
What to wear? Sneakers or cleats – (no spikes) Sweat Pants or shorts Sweat Shirt or favorite team jersey Favorite team baseball cap Boys should wear protective cups.
